Sackcloth & Ashes: The Dead in Christ Shall Rise First
I was drawn to start sleeping in sackcloth from 2004 until 2011, and then again in June 2022 until now. This book explains how to use it and what to do with sackcloth according to the sign of Jonah in Matthew 12:39. It discusses unconditional love, unconditional repentance, and unconditional mercy, a model of “The Way” in which Jesus taught. We must plead for the Lord to be merciful to all, including the worst of sinners, living and dead. It is like asking the Lord to give the dead a second chance to salvation. We cannot save them, but we can plead for them. He desires that all will be saved. We must love, pray, confess and forgive. We must never assume that anyone is in heaven, we must pray for all deceased souls. In 1Thess 4:16 The dead shall be raised incorruptible and then we shall be changed with incorruption and immortality as mentioned in 1 Cor 15:52-55. It is time to love unconditionally as Jesus did!
